I ordered from osprey.com and, to be fair, the checkout itself was really smooth. The cart updated like it should, the shipping options were easy to understand, and I didn’t have to keep clicking around trying to figure out the next step.

My card went through on the first try and the confirmation email showed up right away, which was nice. Still, I’ve had enough online orders go sideways after a “perfect” checkout that I don’t fully relax until everything actually arrives, but this part of the process was solid

I took my osprey bag out during a steady rain, it held up better than I expected. The zippers got a little damp, but nothing inside ended up soaked, which is really what matters. It’s nice when a product actually does what it claims instead of cutting corners. I was happy with it.

The backpack feels really sturdy and has held up well so far, so I do feel like the value is there. The pockets just feel sooo awkward to use. I keep having to dig around wayyy more than I expected, and it’s kind of annoying trying to find my stuff.

Every time I packed it, I found myself rearranging things over and over because it felt a bit tight. It works fine for short trips, but yeah, the lack of extra room got a little annoying.

I was half expecting the size guide to be a little too generous, but the bag fits just like it said it would. The capacity feels accurate too, I packed my usual weekend stuff without any struggle. Really happy with it overall.
